Hi, during my periods, I experience extreme back pain, to the level that sometimes this pain spreads to my thighs and lower abdomen. I have menstrual cramps for initial 1-2 days. When the cramps are intolerable, I end up taking medicine (dysmen). But now this medicine have stopped working for me. I also use hot water bottle, drink hot water. Can you pls suggest something. Is it normal to experience this kind of extreme cramps. Can I use any painkiller or any other home remedy. Thanks.
